The objective of the course is to make students to understand how to measure and estimate building work, and how to cost, price and tender for projects. Learn to undertake the financial administration and cost control of projects under construction. and also gain the skills to become an adaptable team member, and develop the ability to deal with clients, builders, subcontractors and authorities. Also, the course opens an avenue for interested school leavers to acquire knowledge and skills required, to seek prospective job opportunities in the construction sector.
