A person with this qualification will be able to carry out a range of construction work at technician level including planning and organizing work sites construction of buildings, roads and highways, water supply and irrigation

- G. C. E. (O/L) Examination in Six (06) subjects in not more than two sittings.

- Should have obtained NVQ 3/4 qualification for relevant field
- Age should not be less than 17 years as at Closing date
